It is an LEA Decision whether to evaluate an Emergency Certified Educator or Substitute using PAETEP.
If an LEA chooses to use PAETEP to evaluate an Emergency Certified Educator or Substitute, they should utilize the "Add-On" roles to identify those individuals appropriately and for reporting purposes.
Once the Emergency Certified or Substitute roles have been applied to a user's account, they will be marked on the Supervision Management screen with identifying icons, and their 13 rating forms will not contribute to the LEAs Educational Effectiveness Annual Report (EEAR) within PAETEP.
