Once Building Level Scores are released by PDE (View Building Level Scores) those scores will be needed when finalizing your district's 13 rating forms for the previous school year. Rather than sharing those scores with your principals/supervisors and asking them to manually input the values into 13 rating forms, PAETEP gives District Admin users the ability to add Building Level Scores to their portal. Once added to a portal, Building Level Scores will automatically populate when completing 13 ratings forms.

Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Building Management
Step 2: Select the appropriate building for editing
Step 3: Click "Add Score", choose the appropriate school year, and input the Building Level Score and click Save. View Building Level Scores provided by PDE
Step 4: Repeat the process for all other buildings at your district

Q: How do I edit/remove a previously entered Building Level Score?
Building level scores can be updated/edited at any time in the same way that the scores are added. Follow the instructions above in the Step-by-Step Guide to gain access to the building management page and edit scores.
Important Note - If a Building Level Score is edited/updated on a portal, then the updated score will be used on any newly created 13 forms. However, previously created 13 forms will NOT automatically update. Those forms will continue to use the previous score until they are individually reopened and edited.
