PAETEP allows supervisors to bulk export and print completed 13 rating forms. The export includes individual pdfs for completed rating forms for which the supervisor is the assigned evaluator.
District Admin users (i.e., superintendents and portal managers) can bulk export completed rating forms for all supervisors in all buildings. In addition, District Admin users have the ability to bulk sign completed 13 rating forms.

Step-by-Step Guides
Bulk Exporting Forms
Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Rating Form Management
Step 2: Make the appropriate selections for the forms you wish to export and then click "Submit Action"
Step 3: Review your selections and confirm
Step 4: You will receive an email notification when your export is ready for download
Bulk Signing Forms
Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Rating Form Management
Step 2: Select "Bulk Sign Forms as ____" from the Actions dropdown
Note: Signing as the "Designated Rater" will apply your signature on completed 13 rating forms for which you are the assigned evaluator. Signing as the "Chief School Admin" will apply your signature on all completed 13 rating forms which match your selected criteria, excluding those forms which were previously signed.
Step 3: Make the appropriate selections for the forms you wish to sign and then click "Submit Action"
Step 4: Review your selections, add a signature, and confirm

Q: How do I remove my signature from forms that I bulk signed?
If forms are signed in error, you can remove a signature by viewing an individual 13 rating form and clicking the trash can icon under the appropriate signature box. See the screen grab below.
Note - Removing signatures is done one form at a time. It is not done through a bulk action.
Please exercise caution when removing signatures.
