Whether someone at your district has changed their name, has a new school-issued email address, or you simply want to update the display name for a user, the same simple process can be employed.
Note: Updating a user's email in PAETEP will change their login credentials. Although the change can be undone at anytime, please exercise caution.
(COMPLY Users Only) User data is shared between PAETEP and COMPLY, so when an account is updated in PAETEP, it will also update in COMPLY. Because users's have one set of credentials (email and password) for both PAETEP and COMPLY, updating the user's email will affect login on both platforms.
